Available to all full-time regular employees (pro-rated for new hires and part-time employees, based on hours worked). From three to six weeks of paid vacation based on length of service. Paid days accrue monthly.
Personal Days and Floating Holidays
Available to all full-time regular employees (pro-rated for part-time employees, based on hours worked). Paid time off to tend to personal and family needs such as doctor or vet visits, school or religious activities. Employees receive three personal days and are pro-rated for new hires. The number of floating holidays varies from year to year, and may be pre-assigned to meet business needs.
Available to all full-time regular employees (pro-rated for part-time employees, based on hours worked). Holidays paid annually include: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving. Many Merial departments close during the last week of the year providing an additional week of pre-scheduled vacation.
Educational Assistance Program
Full-time regular employees are eligible for this benefit, after six months of employment. Merial pays 100% of costs up to $40,000 for an undergraduate degree and $50,000 for an advanced degree. Employee must maintain a grade of "C" or better to receive reimbursement for program expenses.
Adoption Assistance Program
Available to all full-time regular employees after one year of service. Up to $10,000 reimbursement for certain expenses incurred to adopt a child.

Available to all full-time and part-time regular employees. Help protect the health of all of your family members! A pet insurance policy helps pay for your pet's treatments, surgeries, lab fees, X-rays and more.
